Kagurabachi serializes in Weekly Shōnen Jump. Chapter 1, “Mission” (すべきこと), ran in issue 2023 #42 on 19 September. VIZ and MANGA Plus carry the English simulpub the same week. English titles in this table follow VIZ and common wiki renderings. Japanese titles follow Jump. When those two disagree, “Daybreak” landing on both 夜更け and 黎明, two different “Deadlock”s, two different “Future”s, the Japanese column is the magazine’s word and the English column is the one readers search.
The title language is the book’s method in miniature. Early chapters are objects and meals: “Heaps,” “A Good Meal,” “Peace,” “Food,” “Tea.” Then the swords get their names on the page: “Enten vs. Cloud Gouger,” “True Realm,” “Roar.” The auction speaks in architecture and family: “Storehouse,” “Deal,” “Equal,” “Fervent,” “The Curtain Falls.” The long book names people, “Uruha,” “Samura,” “Iori,” “Natsuki”, and then puts quotation marks on the words the press already used: “Strongest,” “Sword Master,” “Heroes.” Part 2 opens on a rank and a place. “Princess.” “The Irishima Talks,” four times, then “END.” “Chiaki.” “Smelting.” “Fire.” “Ironworks.” “I'm Fine!” “Tipping Point.”
Part 1 runs chapters 1 through 115. “Swordsmith” (刀匠) closes the present tense. Part 2 opens on chapter 116, “Princess” (姫), and the Seitei War. The split is the series admitting revenge was the prologue. Volume 1 holds 1–8; Volume 2 holds 9–18; Volumes 3–5 are the auction; 6–11 are the long book through “Transformation.” Volume 12 (4 September 2026) is expected to collect 106–115 and open the war book. Uncollected chapters from 116 on are still magazine-only as of the dates on the volume guide.
Bonus one-shots packed with the tankōbon, Genichi Sojo’s Bathhouse Quest (two parts) and Soya Sazanami’s Memories, Begone!, are not in this table. They live on the extras page. Official chapters live on VIZ and MANGA Plus. We do not host them. After chapter 126 the book took an announced month; 127–130 returned in August 2026 on the smelting and the reunion. Chapter 131, “Tipping Point” (転換点), printed 6 September 2026 (Jump 2026 #41). Chapter 132 is due Jump 2026 issue 44 (28 September 2026) after a health skip; we do not invent its title. 118–120 stay table-only; use the talks room.
