The wartime contract
The official comics page: Kumeyuri was contracted by Yoji Uruha during the Seitei War, stolen by the Hishaku after, spirit energy in the form of a courtesan, wide-area hallucination and object play. That is the printed kit. Kunishige is the man who smelted the steel the contract sat on.
