The seat that went the other way
Wikipedia’s character file is blunt: Natsuki was a candidate to wield Kumeyuri. Yoji Uruha was chosen instead. That, in part, is why Natsuki resents Uruha and wants equal recognition beside his brother and the other bearers. After the war Ibuki retired. Natsuki kept training.
