Mei is a lightning bolt. It can charge. A heavy charge disables Mei for about 10–20 seconds until the bearer understands the sword better. Cloaked Mei wears the bolt instead of throwing it; the delay is still the opening. Sojo finds that reading first. Chihiro’s last spend is Mei: Shred, black because the steel is dying.
