Mei (鳴) is Cloud Gouger’s lightning bolt. It can charge. A heavy charge disables Mei for about 10–20 seconds until the bearer understands the sword better. Cloaked Mei is unofficial: wear the lightning instead of throwing it. Sojo finds this first. Speed like a bolt. Mei: Shred (鳴千) is Chihiro, blade dying, black lightning. Dark power. Faster and meaner than white cloak.
Weather as a customer’s religion
