Akemura is Magatsumi’s bearer. Kyora, then Yura, spend the sword by overwriting, not by contract. Bypass: anyone who holds the sheathed blade starts becoming Akemura. Yura spends at range through spirit left in the blade, then offers the body. This is not Ibuki’s Cloud Gouger sale and not Chihiro’s dying contract.
