Lightning Menace (Raiku, 雷躯) is Natsuki Misaka’s innate art: voltage in the body, not Cloud Gouger’s Mei. He is Ibuki’s brother, a Kamunabi squadron leader, a Kumeyuri candidate who was not chosen. Volume 10’s jacket puts him with Hokuto, Uruha, and Yura.
