Kiyohiko Uzuki (卯月 清彦) is Anti-Cloud Gouger. Binding spells: restrict a target’s movement. At the hospital he is the one who notices Chihiro’s fight produced zero civilian injuries. At the bathhouse he throws short poles that land beside Sojo so the bind can sit on a point, then goes in with Kasahara, Kugara, and Hagiwara while Harima holds the stone aloft.
The bind that does not hold
The plan is restrain, magnetize, launch Sojo off the island, take Cloud Gouger. Sojo remotely spends a cloaked Mei and returns. Uzuki dies in that return. Binding is a learned art, not an Enchanted Blade. It is enough for hired weather. It is not enough for a fan who has found True Realm as slaughter.
