Gansui (岩垂) is Shiyumi Harima’s art: she lifts and shapes stone. At the bathhouse she pulls the ground into the air so the squad can fight Sojo over the ocean instead of a city. Kazane stays beside her as the unused secret weapon. The other four press Sojo. She holds the floor. Sojo cloaks Mei, comes back, and cuts a large section of her head and shoulder. The platforms fall. She is confirmed dead after the battle.
Logistics as a grave
Civilian streets stay intact because the fight is a set of floating platforms. Recaps that say “the Kamunabi fought Sojo” without the woman holding the islands skip the reason those civilians live. Official chapters: VIZ / MANGA Plus.
