The opened contract
Ibuki Misaka was Samura’s equal in the Seitei War, the original Cloud Gouger bearer. He put the sword down afterward. Hokuto murdered him so the Lifelong Contract would open. Yura sold the weather sword to Sojo in early October. The customer arrives after the grave.
Sojo found cloaked Mei. He did not invent weather. Natsuki, the younger Misaka, kept training and holds Lightning Menace, voltage in the body, not Mei. Volume 10 puts Natsuki on a jacket with Hokuto. Sojo is already dead by then.
