The three
The Masumi are Ro, Moku, and Sumi. Ro looks like a child and recovers Kumeyuri. Moku is tall and the reason Chihiro eats. Sumi is marker, motorcycle, the map. Together they served Samura’s silence: Iori memory-sealed, moved, veiled, kept off the handle.
When the hotel seal breaks, the Masumi job changes from cargo to aftermath. Ro’s recovery of Kumeyuri sits next to Uruha’s false death and the support blade’s later send to Iori. The child-look is not comic relief. It is how a recovery operative walks into rooms that would shoot an adult coat.
After the father
Black Suzaku sends Tobimune to Iori. The Masumi’s original brief, keep the daughter off the steel, fails in the last accounting. They are still the people who know how she was moved. See Ro and Masumi.
