Yuu Inazuma (稲妻 裕) introduces himself as Mr. Inazuma. He is a child trying to break into the 208th Rakuzaichi to get his older sister out. Chapter 27 is titled for him. Chihiro meets the attempt, not a mascot. The auction is a building that warehouses people. Yuu is the civilian sentence of that fact: someone outside the clan still treats a listing as a person.
After the building falls
Chihiro gets the sister and the other hostages out of the Storehouse before Kyora and Magatsumi finish the firm. Yuu is reunited. The register used to give him one clause.
