White Robes, on this site’s register, are Kasen, Ichiki, and Yatsuru: the leadership trio who sealed Shinuchi after the war. Kasen is director, barriers, later the leak. Ichiki is elderly, small, trained Shiba and Azami, helped hide Kunishige. Yatsuru is the sole woman among named heads, barriers and sealing, the stolen field. They are learned arts as an office, not a clan.
A robe is not a conscience
Azami, Izaru, and Kudo sit at the same table and are not called White Robes in the register. The robe names the seal job. The leak is the same job rotting. Ichiki’s training of Shiba is why teleportation still has a teacher in the building. Yatsuru’s barriers are why Yukisada’s Vessel is a theft of a room they built.
